We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Manager to join our team, with a primary focus on segmentation and personalization strategies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our customer experience initiatives to enhance customer engagement, ensure seamless customer journey and drive business growth.You will be responsible for developing data-driven CRM communication approaches and segmented/personalized campaign and playout logics. Additionally, the position involves project management responsibilities, overseeing the introduction of new tools and testing innovative features to enhance our CRM capabilities.
