For our headquarters in Berlin Prenzlauer-Berg, we are looking to have you on-board as our new:

(Junior) Performance Marketing Manager - Display & Retargeting (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • You will plan, manage and optimize campaigns for Display and Retargeting in Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform across our core markets
  • You will create reports and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • You will monitor market trends and identify new initiatives with how to reach our target audience
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new ad ideas for image and video

 

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed studies in business, economics or communication/media - or an equivalent apprenticeship/training with appropriate work experience
  • You have at least two years experience in display advertising or programmatic media buying in an eCommerce environment
  • You’re familiar with Google Ads, any experience with the Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM360, GA4) or other DSPs is a strong plus
  • You have assertiveness, operational readiness and creativity as well as excellent analytical skills
  • You are a team player and ideally have experience working in cross-functional teams
  • You ideally have grounded and reliable experience with MS Excel and you enjoy exploring and analyzing correlations, coincides and developments
  • You are fluent in English. German would be a plus
  • Any additional experience in SQL, Python, Tableau or Looker Studio is a plus

  • Hybrid working model: you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode. We are in the office together Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
