With our curated marketplace, customers value the expanded offerings, and we ensure that one can find everything from furniture to home accessories at home24. Within only one year, we became one of the biggest home & living marketplaces in the DACH region, already generating over 100M€ sales in 2023.

Account Manager (m/f/d) - Marketplace

Your responsibilities

  • You actively contribute to the further development of our account management within the marketplace team
  • You oversee a selected portfolio of seller accounts and help them navigate and grow on our platform
  • You ensure sellers’ catalogs are up-to-date, promote offers through various marketing channels, and provide recommendations for improvements based on performance analysis
  • You manage communication with external partners throughout all stages of the process, including onboarding, content creation, data enrichment and performance monitoring
  • You track key marketplace KPIs for your accounts, develop actionable insights from data analysis and create tactical plans to continuously improve these KPIs and the overall seller experience in collaboration with sellers and internal stakeholders
  • You create educational content, process documentation and contribute to regular seller educational sessions

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or completed vocational training, ideally with a specialization in e-commerce or a related field
  • You bring relevant experience (ideally 2–5 years) in e-commerce, with hands-on exposure to sales, account management, operations, or digital marketing
  • You are data and fact-driven with strong analytical skills. Creating, interpreting, and leveraging reports and KPIs to optimize processes, boost sales, and improve operations is second nature to you
  • You excel in communication and can build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • You possess a proactive attitude, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
  • You are fluent in English and German. Proficiency in French, Polish, or Dutch is a plus

  • Hybrid working model: you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode. We are in the office together Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
