Interim Teamlead CRM Campaign (m/f/d) - Maternity Cover

We are looking for a driven and experienced Team Lead CRM Campaigns to lead our CRM campaign team of four. This is a unique opportunity to combine your leadership skills with deep CRM expertise to shape how we communicate with our customers across email and mobile touchpoints. You'll have a significant impact on campaign strategy, team development, and the way we use data to create personalized experiences.

This is a maternity cover, therefore we can offer you a limited contract of 12 months.

Your Responsibilities

  • Disciplinary leadership and development of a four-person CRM campaign team
  • Professional support and strategic development of team members – both methodologically and personally
  • Responsibility for the conception, planning, and execution of target group-specific CRM campaigns (email & mobile touchpoints)
  • Development and implementation of a segmentation strategy to enable targeted customer communication by leveraging existing data (e.g., purchase behavior, interactions)
  • Expansion of personalization within CRM activities to increase campaign relevance and performance
  • Establishment and execution of regular A/B testing to drive continuous, data-driven improvement of CRM measures
  • Responsibility for the further development of CRM reporting and ensuring its adoption and reliability within the team
  • Promotion of a data-driven, KPI-focused working culture within the team
  • Continuous optimization of existing campaign processes to increase operational efficiency

Your Profile

  • Several years of professional experience in the CRM field, ideally with a focus on campaign management (email & app)
  • Previous leadership experience and a strong track record in team development and support
  • In-depth expertise in campaign planning/execution, segmentation, personalization, and data-driven marketing strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills and a solid understanding of relevant KPIs and how to improve them
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (experience with SAP Emarsys is a plus) and reporting tools such as Tableau
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style with a high level of attention to detail and quality
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and team spirit – you’re eager to grow with your team
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
