(Junior) Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) Dutch - German

Your Responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact for our Dutch-and German -speaking customers
  • You support our customers with their inquiries via phone and/or email
  • You inspire our customers through active and personalized advice on our product portfolio
  • You are responsible for both front-office and administrative back-office tasks such as processing orders, providing delivery information, and handling customer claims
  • You work in a quality- and solution-oriented manner with various home24 departments and external partners (e.g. warehouse, carriers, suppliers) to find the best possible solutions for our customers
  • You make use of the latest technologies, such as AI and modern customer service tools

Your Profile

We believe that your personality matters more than your previous experience! That’s why career changers (e.g. from retail, hospitality, or the restaurant industry) are also very welcome to join us.

  • You speak fluent Dutch and German (at least B2 level)
  • You stand out through your strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • You already have an affinity for our online and product world and a genuine interest in e-commerce
  • You have gained some initial experience in dealing with customers and are confident using a computer
  • You are a true team player and thrive when working on shared projects
