Are you a CRM professional with a passion for data-driven marketing automation and creating an exceptional customer journey? Do you love diving into data, understanding its potential, and translating technical possibilities into concrete, high-performing campaigns? Then we're looking for you!

As a CRM Automation & Lifecycle Manager (m/f/d), you'll be a key player in our team. Your goal: to leverage data insights to increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and delight our customers through highly relevant and personalized communication.

Your responsibilities

  • Strategize & Execute Lifecycle Campaigns: Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel automated lifecycle campaigns. You translate data availability and segmentation logic into actionable CRM strategies, owning the full lifecycle journey across email and push communications
  • Analyze & Optimize Performance: Analyze lifecycle performance and automation KPIs to identify growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and scaling pain points. You leverage data to trigger automation flows, monitor key CRM metrics, and derive actionable insights through weekly performance tracking and leading A/B tests to continuously refine and maximize the impact of all CRM communications
  • Enhance Mobile Engagement: Analyze and strategically develop our mobile customer communication, focusing on trigger logic, performance, and optimizing the user experience through effective content governance and frequency capping.
  • Deep Dive into Data & Technology: Proactively explore our customer data to understand how it can be used to create more personalized and effective campaigns and leverage new technical opportunities
  • Explore AI-Driven Opportunities: Actively identify and evaluate opportunities to integrate AI and machine learning into CRM processes, campaign optimization, and personalization efforts to drive efficiency and enhance customer relevance
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our Data, MarTech and Product Teams and your CRM team peers to ensure seamless execution and align initiatives

Your profile

  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, or Loyalty Marketing ideally in an e-commerce environment
  • A passion for tech topics and enthusiasm in exploring and mastering new tools and platforms
    A strong understanding of SQL, data flows, and segmentation logic is essential
  • Proficient experience with an email service provider (ideally Emarsys), experience with personalization tools (e.g. Dynamic Yield) are a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven mindset; you love interpreting numbers, understanding complex data structures, and deriving actionable insights.
  • Practical experience in conceiving and conducting A/B tests
  • Deep understanding of Customer Journeys and Lifecycle Marketing and an empathic mindset to understand our customer needs at a certain lifestage
  • Good experience in stakeholder management or working in cross-functional teams combined with strong communication skills
  • You are a team player with enthusiasm and commitment
  • Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus

  • Hybrid working model: you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode. We are in the office together Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
