As a CRM Campaign Manager (m/f/d) at home24, you will be a key player in driving customer engagement and revenue by leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of our CRM inspirational campaigns. You will be responsible for crafting impactful, personalized, and data-driven communications across various channels, ensuring our customers feel valued and connected throughout their journey. This role is perfect for a hands-on, creative, and analytical individual with a passion for customer relationship management and home &living.  

The position is initially limited to 18 months, with a preferred start date of May 1st.

Your responsibilities

  • Inspirational & Targeted Newsletter Management: Take ownership of the end-to end process for our inspirational newsletters, from planning and creation to execution and reporting. You will also create a dedicated experience for our homeclub members through a special newsletter and pioneer our new seller newsletter program through testing and implementation
  • Customer Journey & Content Coordination: Identify key touchpoints in the customer journey to feature inspirational content and work in close alignment with stakeholders like Graphics and Brand to plan and coordinate the creation of engaging newsletter content
  • Data-Driven Performance Management: Conduct regular, in-depth analysis and reporting of CRM campaign performance, translating insights into actionable optimization recommendations
  • Continuous Improvement through Testing & Personalization: Design and execute ongoing A/B tests to maximize newsletter effectiveness and drive deeper personalization, ensuring a data-driven approach to all CRM measures
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, graphics, brand, editorial) to ensure seamless campaign execution and strategic alignment
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Stay proactively informed about the latest CRM trends, technologies, and emerging AI applications, actively exploring how AI can enhance campaign effectiveness, personalization, and operational efficiency within your role

Your profile

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in CRM Campaign Management, ideally within an e-commerce environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM automation platforms (ideally Emarsy) and experience with personalization tools (e.g. Dynamic Yield) are a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns
  • Proficient in data analysis and deriving actionable insights from campaign performance metrics
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and a strong data-driven mindset
  • A keen interest in emerging technologies and its application in CRM
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • A creative mindset and a passion for home & living topics
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal: Fluency in English is required, German language skills are a plus

  • Hybrid working model: you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode. We are in the office together Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
