To help build and further develop home24’s central platform and AI infrastructure, and to provide our teams with powerful and secure AI tools that simplify and automate the day-to-day work of our internal employees in the long term, we’re looking for you to join us immediately as:

Platform Engineer - AI Infrastructure (all genders)

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll be responsible for our platform and infrastructure, which support home24’s AI-powered tools and automated workflows.
  • You’ll drive the expansion of home24’s AI platform and create secure, high-performance environments for modern AI applications.
  • You’ll work closely with various teams and stakeholders across the company, identify needs, and develop tailored AI tools for internal employees.
  • You’ll evaluate and integrate modern technologies and tools such as AWS, Google Cloud, n8n, LiteLLM, and various LLM APIs.
  • You’ll continuously build solutions to maximize internal user satisfaction and make business processes more efficient.

Your Profile

  • You have 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in software engineering, infrastructure, or platform development.
  • You have solid hands-on experience with leading cloud providers (AWS or Google Cloud Platform).
  • You have experience programming in TypeScript and an interest in modern automation and LLM tools (e.g., n8n, LiteLLM, LLM APIs).
  • You hold a technical degree or a comparable qualification—however, practical experience and the ability to get things done are our top priorities.
  • You have a strong problem-solving mindset, are proactive, eager to learn, and enjoy understanding and solving the challenges faced by other teams.
  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working flexibly and independently.
  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.

  • Hybrid working model: you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode. We are in the office together Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 
  • The possibility to work up to two months per year within Germany or from an EU country
